A series of posters designed for De Nachtdieren, an Amsterdam based theatre group. Lost Love Prologue tells a story of binding and loving in one the form of mime and dance. It shows their relationship, their ups and downs and eventually a great loss.

As part of a school project we designed an online campagne for a brand we&#39;ve created ourselves in an earlier stage. The campaign includes a series of posters, an application, podcast and a VR-Experience.

Campaign / In Between

Group project in collaboration with Hugo Briquet and Lente Coesel for REV&rsquo;IT!, a leading motorcycle gear brand, I developed a future-proof brand concept and strategy aimed at keeping the company relevant in 2050. In a hyper-controlled, hyper-curated world, we identified a growing desire for raw, unfiltered experiences. Our concept, &ldquo;Point Zero,&rdquo; introduces a moment where riders are pushed into the unknown&mdash;an intentional break from comfort that reconnects them with real, visceral adventure. This narrative positions REV&rsquo;IT! as the catalyst for authenticity and freedom in a future dominated by predictability, reinforcing the brand&rsquo;s role in empowering riders to embrace risk, discovery, and the thrill of what comes next.

Point Zero / REV'IT!

As part of a branding project called Fashion Environment I&#39;ve developed a concept for a retail environment. In an earlier project we got the chance to design a sub-brand for the brand Evisu. This is where Kami was born. The brand is all about natural authenticity, imperfection and &#39;Wabi Sabi&#39;. Where craftmanship and mindfulness meet. This brand DNA is implemented in the retail environment.

Analog Collages

A visual story based on a look from Margiela&#39;s Spring 2001 collection. In this collection, Margiela plays with hiding and showing, which creates a sort of anonymousy. We interpreted this as being able to hide certain things from society and others. We are able to choose what we want to share with others and what we would like to keep to ourselves. Life is a game of hide and seek. &#39;Hide and Seek&#39; is a collaborative project by Rebecca Kapenga and Pieter van Wijnen.

Three posters designed for Huis Marseille, an Amsterdam based photography museum. The exposition Nostalgia is revolved around a series of photos published in VOGUE about the influence of the 70's on modern day fashion.

A collaborative brand concept created by Teuntje Mortier and Pieter van Wijnen based on the stereotyping of men and how this affects their minds. 

Research showed us a lot of men unconsciously are not able to show their emotions and be vulnerable. This is a result of stereotyping because we teach our boys to be "men". We offer those men a place of comfort and rest and a way to cope with these feelings. To be more mindful of yourself and your environment and to not care about the expectations and opinions of others. It's not about breaking stereotypes, it's about changing a mindset.
